こんにちは。インターネットで調べてみてあまり触れられて無かったのですが、この映画は「回路」（2001）のその後の世界として描かれているのではないかと思います。まずヒロインの名前が同じ春江です。これは偶然かもしれません。「叫」（2007）の終盤廃屋にあった赤い服の女の遺骨とその遺骨から伸びる壁のシミは、「回路」のシミに似ています。また「回路」のラスト人が死に絶えて荒廃した街のイメージがこの「叫」に登場する街と酷似しています。この「叫」は恐らく意図的にそれまでの作品のセルフパロディ的な要素があるので、その一つなのかもしれませんが、時系列的に「回路」があって「叫」があって次に「トウキョウソナタ」（2008）へと世界が繋がっているのではないか、と勝手に思っています。それから吉岡登（役所広司）とバディの宮地徹（伊原剛志）の二人は背格好が似ていて、そもそも役所広司と伊原剛志は顔立ちが似ていて、実はこの二人は同一人物で自我とエス的な天使と悪魔的な演出なのではないかと思いました。何故そう思ったのかというとラストで宮地は吉岡の家に赴き、初めは濁っていた洗面器の水が赤い服の女（葉月里緒奈）の出現によって透明に変わり、それを掬った時に洗面器に吸い込まれるのですが、この因果関係を説明するのにあまりにも宮地は無関係過ぎるというか、あれは吉岡の分身で濁った水が透明な水に変わったのは時間が巻き戻ったからで、と無理やり考えると過去の吉岡はあそこで完全に消滅し、現在の吉岡は肉体を失った赤い服の女の幻影と共に生きていく、というラストなのかなと考えることが出来ます。そして最後の仁村春江（小西真奈美）の声のない叫び、これも無理やりですが映画が終わることを登場人物が理解していて、そこで世界が終了することに対する抗いというか悲痛な叫びなのかなと思いました。検死官として白石晃士の「ノロイ」（2005）の主人公である村木仁が出演しています。
