こんにちは。鶴田法男はやっぱり好きです。僕は「ほんとうにあった怖い話」は毎年観ていますし、今回観て黒沢清は小中理論と共に、この鶴田法男の作品の影響をホラー演出において多分に受けていると改めて思いました。小中理論とは小中千昭が提唱した恐怖の演出のことで、Jホラーの原点である最早古典というべきものです。この映画はとにかくショットが綺麗です。それと女優のキャスティングもこれは完全に個人的な意見ですが、仲間由紀恵、麻生久美子、それと始めの方で早々に退場する奥貫薫、など綺麗な方が多いです。観ていてすぐ気づいたのですが、脚本が高橋洋なので、話はB級ホラーそのもののような強引なストーリーで、しかし映像は恐ろしくそして美しく、そのギャップが気になりました。特に恐ろしかったのは貞子の母親が鏡越しにこちらに向かってにじり寄ってくるシーンです。
