こんにちは。僕はイヤホンをかなりの頻度で使います。だからわかるのですがイヤホンは消耗品です。買い換えるのはまあ良いのですが、それならばできるだけ安くしたいと思い、DAISOの300円のイヤホンを買ったのですが、これがかなり粗悪な商品でした。やはり少し高いですが2000円くらいのものでなければ使えないようですね。
僕の知人にベトナム人の人が居ます。彼は日本に出稼ぎにきた所謂外国人労働者、技能実習生なのですが、最近のロシアとウクライナの情勢について彼が言っていたことにかなり国民性の違いを感じました。彼によるとベトナムは戦争をしたせいで貧乏になったらしく、彼が日本に来たのもそのためだということでした。国民性の違い、と思ったのは自分の国の歴史についての理解が深い、ということです。彼はベトナムがどこの国と戦争をして、どこの国から戦車を買ったのか、など詳しく知っていました。勿論日本人でも歴史に詳しい人はいると思いますが、なんというか戦争の恐ろしさを身をもって経験している国と、それが遠い過去の出来事になりつつある国の違いかな、と思いました。

He knew in detail which country Vietnam went to war with and from which country he bought tanks. Of course, I think there are Japanese people who are familiar with history, but I thought it was the difference between a country experiencing the fear of war and a country that is becoming an event in the distant past.
