こんにちは。何度か観ているアニメーション映画の一つです。監督の一人グザヴィエ・ピカルドはフランス人らしいのですが、それも頷けるフランスっぽいお洒落な映画です。他の方の感想を読むと、ストーリーの不条理さについて引っ掛かっている方が多いようですが、僕は映像の方に興味が行きました。フランスのアニメーション映画はシルヴァン・ショメにしても、レミ・シャイエにしても、ミッシェル・オスロにしても色彩感覚がとても優れています。この「劇場版ムーミン 南の島の楽しいバカンス」（2014）も映像が素晴らしいです。日本のアニメーションと比較すると、一つのカットの情報量は極めて少ないのですが、それにより構図の美しさが際立ちます。思うのはフランスに限らず外国ではアニメーションに対する敷居が日本よりも高く、そのせいで芸術的な作品が多いのではないかと思います。隣の芝生は青く見える、かもしれませんが、日本のアニメーションはガチャガチャして表現過剰で、今はあまり好きではありません。この映画で好きなところは幾つかありますが、場面転換の時も色々なバリエーションがあったり、海のシーンでは葛飾北斎の神奈川沖浪裏のオマージュがあったり、細かいところでいうと、名前がわかりませんが途中で結婚するから入れ替わって、と頼む小さいやつとか、ボヘミアンに憧れるモンガガ公爵とかが好きです。そして音楽も良いです。外国のアニメーションのコメディっぽいシーンは、何というか凄く知的な印象を受けます。演出としてラストの凧は凡庸に考えれば、二人を象徴してハートの形になったり、実際そういうハートになる演出は前半にありましたから、しそうなものですが、凧は宙を彷徨って黒い幕を引いて終わります。フランスっぽさ、というものを僕は天邪鬼さだと思っているのですが、最後まで予想を裏切ってくる映画でした。

The grass next door may look greener, but Japanese animation is clattery and overexpressive, and I don't really like it now. child There are a few things I like about this movie, but there are many variations when changing scenes, and in the sea scene there is an homage to Katsushika Hokusai's The Great Wave off Kanagawa. I like the little guy who asks to be replaced because he is getting married in the middle, and the Duke of Mongaga who admires bohemian style. And the music is also good. The comedy-like scenes in foreign animation give me a very intellectual impression.As for production, the kite at the end, if you think about it mediocrely, symbolizes the two of them in the shape of a heart. It ends with a black curtain. I think that Frenchness is a devilish thing, but it was a movie that betrayed my expectations until the end.
