Hello. It's been a long time since I looked back. In addition to the "Goosebumps " series, Koichiro Miki's video works are watching a lot of "Awakening" and "Horror Accidental". The story of the "Goosebumps " series is a ghostless horror called Hitokowa in Japan. It depicts human madness lurking in everyday life. I will write what I thought after watching the movie this time. As for the story, I think the whole story is probably made by inflating it from the idea of the punch line. So a little pushy storytelling stands out. However, what bothered me when I watched it this time was the video rather than the story. To put it briefly, it looks like Yasujiro Ozu. Of course, it's not a so-called Ozu tone, such as a cutback that ignores the imaginary line or a low-angle fixed camera, but can I say video grammar? For example, I've used the same composition many times, the appearance of the people who come out and the part where I live. The shops are the same, and the way we take pictures of urban buildings is somewhat similar. Also, the texture of the image is very dry. I don't think I'm very interested in video.

I always get lost when I write a blog, but I don't think I'm too negative. If you watch a movie not only this time and look up its impressions on the Internet, you will see a blog that has been severely criticized, but I don't really like it. I understand very much that you want to criticize things that are not interesting. I understand that I feel uplifted by writing radical sentences, but I don't want to do it. Well, as I'm writing at the impression of this "Goosebumps ", the story of this movie was quite broken. However, looking at the saturation of today's Japanese horror industry, I think it's okay to have something like this.
